Yes, Ansura Vacations can arrange your airfare to Singapore. If you do not wish to arrive the day before sailing, flights must arrive into Singapore no later than 10:00am on Wednesday 26^th, 2022 and guests must arrive at the port (cruise terminal) by 1:00pm.

Your return flight must depart Singapore no earlier than 12 noon on November 2^nd, 2022.

We dock daily from 8am to 6pm. We strongly suggest all cruisers return to the ship by 5pm daily. The ship will not wait for anyone who arrives late.

We sail at 4:30 PM on October 26th, 2022. Due to government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit the Final manifest at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least (2) two hours prior to the published sailing time. Please note:All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will NOT be permitted to sail. If you opt to arrive in Singapore 1 day prior to sailing, we have arranged shuttle transfers from the Marina Bay Sands Hotel to the Singapore Cruise Terminal. (Transfer included in your package)

Check-In opens 90 days before your cruise and must be completed no later than 3 days prior to sailing. Completing the Check-In process for all the guests in your reservation will save you from having to fill out forms at the pier.

Royal Caribbean International requires guests to be checked in no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time*. Guests arriving late will not be permitted to sail. This supports government regulations in some ports that require cruise lines to submit a departure manifest 60 minutes prior to sailing. Guests are requested to complete Check-In no later than 3 days prior to the cruise in order to expedite the pier check-in process.

Electricity on board all ships is supplied at a voltage of 110/220 V in the stateroom. Guests may request electrical outlet adapters from the Information Office. *Please note that no heat-generating devices (like electric kettles, electric irons, bottle warmer for babies, electric blanket, etc.) are allowed onboard.

Guests are not allowed to bring beer or hard liquor onboard for consumption or any other use.

Alcoholic beverages seized on embarkation day will not be returned. Security may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage etc.) and will dispose of containers holding alcohol. Guests who violate any alcohol policies, (over consume, provide alcohol to people under the legal drinking age, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, or attempt to conceal alcoholic items at security and or luggage check points or any other time), may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at their own expense, in accordance with ourGuest Conduct Policy. An Onboard Expense Account, also known as your Seapass” onboard account, is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. Depending on your ship, SeaPass cards are handed out at the pier or will be in your stateroom waiting for you.

At this time, you can also add other guests as authorized purchasers. A receipt is provided with every purchase transaction. A final statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the final morning of your cruise vacation.

The account can be set-up with either a credit card, debit card or as a cash account during check-in or at the pier. You can also add guests from your stateroom or another stateroom as authorized purchasers on your account. For each purchase made onboard the ship you will receive a receipt A final statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the final morning of your cruise vacation for your review.

If you set up your account with a card, on the last night of your cruise, Royal Caribbean International” will automatically post the final charge to your card on file. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their statement onboard prior to disembarking.
