PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS – LAND DESTINATIONS
By booking your Land Destinations / Tours via ANSURA VACATIONS LLC – (Soca On The Seas Events / S.O.S. Entertainment), you agree to non-refundable deposits and an installment payment plan via CULTURE HOLIDAYS and the related cancellation fees.
You are allowed to make monthly payments over a period of time (11 months max). You pay an initial deposit of $200pp and an even amount each month thereafter, towards your outstanding balance by the 16th of each month, starting the following month of your initial payment.
* Bangkok with Phuket, Thailand Final Payment is June 20, 2025.
* Rejoice Fest: Bali, Indonesia Final Payment is July 31, 2025.
If you do not pay in full at the time of booking, you are automatically placed on a payment plan. This means your credit card will be charged automatically on the 16th of each month or at a preferred date to be scheduled at the time of Booking. If you wish to use a different credit card than the one on file, do so before your next payment is due. Your outstanding balance must be paid in full on or before the Final Payment date. Failure to keep up with your additional payments or meet the final payment deadline can result in additional charges and/or your booking being cancelled.
All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds are allowed after the final payment dates. Travel Protection is advised – refer to Travel Insurance link on the Navigation Bar.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS – CRUISES
By booking your Themed Soca Cruise via ANSURA VACATIONS LLC – (Soca On The Seas Events / S.O.S. Entertainment), you agree to non- refundable deposits and an installment payment plan and the related cancellation fees stated on this website.
You are allowed to make monthly payments over a period of time (11 months max). You pay an initial deposit starting from ($200pp-$500pp) and an even amount each month thereafter, towards your outstanding balance by the 16th of each month, starting the following month of your initial payment.
* 2024 Mother’s Day Cruise – Final payment is February 10, 2024.
* 2025 Mother’s Day Cruise – Final payment is February 01, 2025.
If you do not pay in full at the time of booking, you are automatically placed on the Installment program. This means your credit card will be charged automatically on the 16th of each month – to be scheduled at the time of Booking. If you wish to use a different credit card than the one on file, do so before your next payment is due. Your outstanding balance must be paid in full on or before the Final Payment date. Failure to keep up with your additional payments or meet the final payment deadline can result in additional charges and/or your booking being cancelled.
The RCCL and MSC Cruises initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Protection is available through Royal Caribbean (AON Insurance), MSC Travel Insurance Program or through Visitors Coverage.
In the event of cancellation post final payment, you must first contact Ansura Vacations LLC in writing by sending an email to [email protected]. If you purchased travel insurance via RCCL, we will contact AON on your behalf. If you are a NO-SHOW on the day of travel, you will not receive the value of the port fees and taxes only – please refer to the cancellation fees.
TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using this website, you agree to the following:
1. You are 21 years old at the time of reserving your Royal Caribbean or MSC Cruses cabin.
2. All information provided is complete, current, true and accurate.
3. You will use this Website in accordance with these Terms of Use:
4. The responsible party will use this website to make cruise, hotel & air reservations for him/herself or for another person for whom he/she is legally authorized to act.
5. The responsible party will inform his/her roommate about the Terms of Use that apply to the hotel and cabin reservations you have made on their behalf, including all FAQs, cancellation fees and payment schedule.
6. All roommates must meet health entry requirements, obtain the required vaccines in relation to your cruises. Refer to RCCL Health Sail Center on www.royalcaribbean.com.

Ansura Vacations LLC does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals and/or groups that have booked to travel with Ansura Vacations LLC | Soca On The Seas packages of any kind.
In consideration for Ansura Vacations LLC | SOS Cruise organizing travel arrangements, where applicable, the individual and/or groups hereby release and indefinitely discharge Ansura Vacations LLC and its associated officers and organizations jointly and severally from all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by sailing on the Ships used by the Soca On The Seas event planners.
On behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns I also agree to indemnify Ansura Vacations LLC | Soca On The Seas Events | SOS Entertainment and its associated officers and organizations from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by cruising on the 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 SOS Soca cruises.
TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please check your travel documents immediately upon receipt. Contact Ansura Vacations LLC immediately if there is a discrepancy. (1-844-267-8727).
2. Travelers are responsible to for determining the necessary documents for their travels (Passports, Visas, etc.).
3. All travelers are required to have a valid passport. A valid passport expiration date must be 6 months after the return date of the ticket. Some airlines will not allow you to board the plane if this requirement is not met.
4. It is recommended to check in a minimum of 2 hours before departure for a domestic flight and 3 hours for international flights.
5. All airline tickets are to be considered none-refutable and non-changeable unless otherwise expressed.
6. For International travel requirements, checkstate.gov/travel.
7. Prices are not guaranteed until minimum deposit is posted.
8. Ansura Vacations LLC is not responsible for miscellaneous fees such as baggage fees, food or entrance fees to attractions (unless specified).
9. Ansura Vacations LLC sells international tours to Europe, Asia & the Middle East and follows the Terms & Conditions of the tour company providing the service.
10. Ansura Vacations LLC provides travel insurance through Royal Caribbean (AON), Travel Guard and Visitors Coverage.

Ansura Vacations LLC and its agents, in providing consultation, making reservations, and in the issuance of any documents related to travel including airline tickets, cruise documents, hotel reservations, auto rental, etc., is acting only in its capacity as an agent for the carrier(s).
Ansura Vacations LLC and its agents, neither guarantees nor ensures the service to be provided by any carrier and shall assume no responsibility or liability for actions beyond its own control in connection with the service to be provided.
Ansura Vacations LLC and its agents are not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, or any consequences resulting therefrom, which may be occasioned through the neglect, default, or any other action of the company, carrier or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets/documents have been issued.
